Standard Shipping

  • Flat rate shipping: $10 AUD

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD

Express Shipping

  • Express shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Free Express Shipping on orders over $150 AUD

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide using Australia Post.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.

  • Free standard international shipping on orders over $200 AUD

  • Delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs processing and local postal services.

Processing Times

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Please note that custom-made and personalised orders require additional production time and are typically dispatched within 4–8 business days.

Tracking

Tracking is included with all standard, express, and international shipping services where available.

Please note that the $2 Economy Shipping option does not include tracking.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
